Comments for Nene Thomas Illustrations, Inc.

Hi, I’m Kevin Kuehn. My mom was in the hospital for the whole month of July2012. At which time I bought her “Parting of the Veil” whicheased her stay at the hospital. Her Mom, my grandmother, surprised her with a queen size “Queen of Owls” blanket for her birthday and a lithograph of “Winter Wings”. But now I wanted to surprise her with the “Winter Wings” resin figuring, I have had no luck in locating.
Could you please help me locate one? My Mom is going in for another back surgery. Could you please help me in finding one for her?

The best place to look for any of Nene’s statues or ornaments is eBay. I did look around for you and I did not see any. They do not come up for sale often, since they are retired. I do hope your mother has a successful surgery and her stay at the hospital is not long. I’m sorry I was not much help but thank you for asking.

hello.. My name is Julie… I am currently doing Nene Thomas puzzles, I am disabled… so my artwork on my walls are the glued puzzles and I put them in amazing frames… I was wondering if there was a place where I could get the older puzzles that are no longer available through stores, and the new prints she is coming out with in puzzle form.. any help would be appreciated. Good day to you. I was curious if you will be bringing back the Queen of Shadows? Th ok s a most excellent piece. Also. how do you decide what prints will become puzzles? I saw on one of the puzzle boxes, that Direwood was pictured. Will she be an upcoming puzzle? Thank you so much for your time and the exquisite beuty you bless us with.

Dear Lisa,

The limited edition print of Queen of Shadows is completely sold out and once we sell off all the numbers, the print is permanently retired. However, we do have Queen of Shadows as an 8 x 10 for $15.00 and we may reissue the image as a 5 x 7 in the near future, too.

As for the puzzles, Nene does not get to choose which image becomes a puzzle next. She has a contract with the company and they choose the images they most like. Direwood has been made into a puzzle and I do believe you can find it on eBay or Amazon.com. Thanks for asking and have a wonderful evening.
